Hi friends in this tutorial I am sharing how to convert word to pdf within microsoft office word 2007 itself .And definitely it will be useful and you don’t need to use any other third party softwares or to use online converters.And so it is one of the easy method to convert.In some systems this software(called as add-in at microsoft) were not downloaded so users have moved to look on online converters or other softwares.Ok,next we see how to add this add-in in microsoft office word 2007.
- First goto http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=7 or just make a search in google convert word to pdf in ms office 2007.
- Download the software and install it.
- Now go to microsoft office word 2007 and open file which you want to convert in pdf.
- Click office button on top left corner and click SaveAs >> PDF or XPS.
- Then a window appears and ask location to save file in pdf formation.Choose a location finally click publish .That’s all you have successfully converted msword to pdf.
- Now go the saved location and see the pdf file.
