Hi friends,in this post I am sharing how to get all shortcut keys of MS word 2007 within MS word 2007.Day by day new software’s and applications are releasing but MS word plays a vital role for all in computer life.Nowadays the useful options in MS word are keep on increasing and now it’s necessary to memorize shortcut keys more than cut,copy and paste.So where can you get all shortcut keys in MS word 2007 ? .
Let we see how to get it,
- First goto MS Word 2007.
- In the menu bar ,click view.
- In view tab,find macros and click view macros.
- A popup window appears .In the popup window choose “word commands ” from “macro in ” dropdown field.
- Now a list of macro name appears.Now in macro name search field,type “List commands”.List command appears ,choose it and click “Run”.
- Now a new popup window appears.In the new popup window,click “Current Keyboard Settings ”and click “OK”
- Now a list of shortcut keys appears in new MS Word in tables.
Now let we see an example, write all letters in small and select the letters using mouse, now for all caps use keys “Ctrl+Shift+A”.
