How clipboard magic save time?
Suppose if there is a multicolumn table and you want to copy the contents only one particular column.If you make normal sometimes you will be frustrated copy and paste,copy and paste,copy and paste,copy and paste.Its ok for a page.Suppose if more than 10 pages now clipboard magic helps you.Just install the clipboard magic.Then just open it .Now took a file which has tables.Now choose one column and in that copy that contents or words one by one of the row.Now when you see the clipboard magic all contents are copied in the clipboard.Ok ,I am saying a simple method how to copy and paste all the things at once. Just go to edit menu of clipboard magic and choose copy all clips to clipboard.Now paste the things where you want place in a file .Still there are more options like sort ascending and descending ,move up and down,insert and delete clips you can just get it from the help menu.And here I write this post for a small time saving and to avoid frustration during copy and paste work.Since there is sort option you don’t need worry about the order,choose according to your wish.An animated gif is a thousand of images ,so I gave here.
